Following a serious illness later linked to environmental factors, Lisa experienced firsthand how unseen environmental threats can directly affect human health. That experience and her recovery became the catalyst for creating XanO Consulting. Prior to founding XanO, she led large organizations, managed risk in high-consequence environments, and built systems designed to protect people, operations, and infrastructure. Today, Lisa leads XanO with a clear purpose: to apply innovative, science-based detection methods, particularly canine detection technologies, to environmental and public health challenges that are often overlooked until damage is already done.
